Cost could be four to five times more than maintained landscape

A landscape technologist suggests the City of Edmonton’s lack of green space maintenance this year could prove costly for taxpayers. “You’ll have to replace everything if you don’t maintain it,” Peter Duncan said. “And it’s very expensive, maybe four or five times the cost of a maintained landscape.”
